Machines drive for us,

fly for us and think for us.

What have we become?

'Free', a salesman says.

'You are free to scratch your ass

and text all you want.'

Pundit Paradise

Out in the great dumb down 

they sit around

watching with eager anticipation

huge faces on huge screens
swaying every issue and decision  

and no one is the wiser.

manufactured for a buck

is not worth a dime.

Making the absurd

a normal everyday thing

makes absurd the goal.

Serious no more.

It is time to just have fun,

Best thing about life.

Most things can be forgotten

in a week or two.

The kingmaker knows
people will fall for the sham
no matter who's king.

Construct an abstract
nobody can understand
then call it the truth.

Censor everything
and you won't have to worry
about anything.

In the wilderness
gods are 'few and far between'
so they made a god.

Best thing about greed.
It gobbles up it's own kind
then devours itself.

On the brink of the worst scenario.

Obsessive behavior on a global scale.

Dumb regimes hacking email.

The future itself is just one big sale.

Sometimes it feels like Orwell

thirty years in the making.

would be good for mankind in the long run?
